I turned 40 and decided I loved to bake homemade items for my two children. A friend gave me some sourdough starter and it all began there. I started making just bread for my family and then coworkers and now the community. I love it. I am a Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner by training and heart but this brings me so much joy in a world full of difficulty and sadness.
