I’ve been baking muffins and breads for nearly 20 years, and I’ve finally decided it’s time to share the muffin love! My regular muffins are made with just four simple ingredients—flour, water, salt, and yeast—and cooked on a flat-top surface with extra virgin olive oil. The cinnamon raisin muffins add a bit of local honey, sugar in the raw, cinnamon, and organic raisins. These muffins are not flat like Thomas’—this is a hearty, wholesome muffin you can really sink your teeth into. Fluffy muffins are perfect for egg or deli sandwiches, delicious toasted with jam or butter, or simply enjoyed plain (our son’s favorite—one bite at a time!).
