I take weekly pre-orders because I make handmade small batches and I want to preserve the freshness of the product. Ordering opens on Sunday at 2:00pm and closes on Wednesday at 2:00pm.

The pickup window is as follows: - Saturday from 9:00am to 11:00am (all year round) Pick up location will be at Landon's Farmers Market in Sheridan Wyoming.

The weekly production changes with some staples remaining every week, an example: Tagliatelle, Spinach RIcotta Ravioli, and Crostata are staples. Some weeks might have, limited handmade batches of, • Tagliatelle • Spinach Ricotta Ravioli • Pappardelle • Strawberries Crostata • Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti While other weeks will have, • Tagliatelle • Spinach Ricotta Ravioli • Orecchiette • Apricot Crostata • Almond Biscotti Also some seasonal items such as pumpkin stuffed ravioli will be available in the fall.

All the food I make is handcrafted in small batches, with passion and with quality ingredients to preserve the flavors and textures of authentic italian recipes and traditions passed on from my grandmother to all of you.
