We bake everything fresh to order! For standard menu items, we require at least 24-48 hours notice. For larger or custom orders, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your date.
Because everything is freshly baked to order and ingredients are prepped ahead of time, we do not offer cancellations as we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you need to reschedule or change your order, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance, and we will gladly issue a store credit or arrange a remake!
Pickup is available every Thursday between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the exact address for pickup here in Minneola.
We completely understand that life happens! However, due to the perishable nature of fresh baked goods, orders not picked up within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be forfeited without a store credit or remake.
Yes! We deliver Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Deliveries 10 miles and under from us are a flat $5. Deliveries over 10 miles are $10. Note: Someone must be present to receive the order so your fresh treats don't sit out in the Florida heat!
While we can make items without specific allergen ingredients upon request, please note that our treats are homemade in a kitchen that processes common allergens including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
For Cookies: Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days (if they last that long!). You can also freeze them for up to 3 months and warm them in the oven for that fresh-baked taste. For Breads: Keep wrapped tightly at room temperature for 2–3 days, or slice and freeze.
Because our items are made-to-order and perishable, all sales are final and we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right with a store credit or a remake!
