We use almond meal in some of our cookies, and all of our products are manufactured in a kitchen which contains nuts. If you are allergic to nuts I can’t recommend our products.
Unfortunately, all of our products are baked in a kitchen where wheat flour is used regularly. Our baking equipment (mixers, bowls, etc.) comes into contact with gluten. As such, I can’t recommend any of our baked goods to anyone living with Celiac disease.
I typically need at least 3 days’ notice, in order to ensure all my ingredients are stocked and that I have time to prepare and bake the treats. I can often accommodate more short notice requests, though—message our social media if you urgently need something we sell.
