Soft Opening

Perfectly imperfect by design. This is a better-than-most chocolate chip cookie cookie

Our Almost Iconic Peanut Butter Cookie comes impressively close to legendary status, without actually going all the way. Made with rich, creamy peanut butter and baked to that sweet spot between soft and satisfyingly firm, this cookie hits all the nostalgic notes of the classic PB treat you grew up with… just with a wink of “we tried, mostly.

The Biscoff‑ish Delight is our gently oversized, golden‑brown cookie stuffed with a warm, melty center of rich Biscoff‑style cookie butter. It’s sweet. It’s spiced. It’s indulgent… but not too indulgent, because at Mediocrity, we aim for “good enough,” and somehow land on “actually amazing.”

Soft edges, a little chew, and a cinnamon‑sugar coat that whispers, not shouts. It’s the snickerdoodle equivalent of a half‑hearted hug warm, but not too committed.

Inspired by New York, executed in Texas, and landing somewhere in between. Dense, creamy, and confidently mediocre exactly what you came here for.

Mediocre Double is a double chocolate chip cookie that aims for comfort and lands squarely in the middle. Expect a soft, slightly fudgy center with a modest scattering of chocolate chips and a gently crisp edge that won’t steal the show. It smells faintly of cocoa, tastes pleasantly chocolatey without demanding attention, and pairs adequately with coffee or a shrug. Perfect for moments when you want chocolate.

Chocolate cheesecake that could have been decadent, but we kept it humble. Set on an Oreo crust that’s slightly uneven (on purpose, obviously), this slice delivers a solid yeah, that’ll do.

Velvety pumpkin filling layered atop a oreo cookie crust, offering a “balanced” blend of spice and sweetness. Crafted with the confidence of someone who knows perfection is overrated.

Discover the rich aroma and unmistakable flavor of our handcrafted Artisan Sourdough Bread. Fermented slowly using a wild, naturally cultivated starter, this loaf delivers a perfect balance of deep tang, subtle sweetness, and rustic character that only true sourdough can offer.

This is a box of a dozen chocolate chip cookies

Modest blend of chocolate chips and pecan bits that never tries to impress. Soft in the middle, lightly crisp around the edges, and carrying just enough nuttiness to remind you it’s there nothing more, nothing less. It’s the kind of cookie you eat, nod, and say, “Yeah… that’s fine.” A dependable, middle‑of‑the‑road treat from Texas’s most okayish bakery.
