Yes, local delivery is available on eligible orders of $14 or more. A delivery fee applies, and availability may depend on distance and schedule.

Shipping is available for eligible Missouri orders only. Out-of-state shipping is not available at this time.

Eligible cookies and brownies may be shipped. Cake cups are available for pickup or local delivery only.

Please allow 24–48 hours for processing before shipment. Most shipped orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Yes. Our products are prepared under Missouri cottage food guidelines.

Because all items are made fresh to order, all sales are final once preparation has started. Refunds are not available for customer cancellations, missed pickup times, incorrect order details provided by the customer, or change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup, delivery, or shipment delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a remake, replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion. For shipping orders, Milk and Honey Bakery is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit, but we will do our best to help resolve concerns.
