Yes! If you’d like something you don’t see on my website, please ask. I’m happy to explore new recipes or try to create something you love. That said, I do need to follow Minnesota’s Cottage Food Law restrictions, so there may be some items I’m not legally allowed to sell. You will receive an email with pick up address after full payment is made. Orders must be picked up at the date and time requested (unless prior communication has been made for any date/time changes). Any order that has not been picked up 30 minutes after requested time will be labeled as an abandoned order. Refunds will not be given to orders that have been abandoned.

You will get an email once your order is confirmed and another email once your order is ready for pickup or on its way to be delivered. Check your spam folder for these email updates. Add support@bakebug.com as an allowed email address to send you emails!
Because all products are made from scratch and prepared specifically for each order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders canceled after this window are non-refundable.
If leaving at room temperature, most products will still taste great if eaten within 3-5 days. Some products, like cakes and those with icing may hold better if placed in the refrigerator for up to a week and placed at room temperature before you eat. For longer-term storage, you can freeze items for up to 1 month and reheat when you are ready to eat!
All items are made from scratch, and I try my hardest not to cross contaminate, however my kitchen is not 100% allergy free. Please list any allergies when ordering. If I am not able to accommodate to your allergy, I will contact you and provide a full refund.
Pop-ups will be held randomly, and all items will be first come first serve. Check out my Facebook page for info on when and where they will be held.
