For the best flavor, keep your sourdough at room, temperature in a paper bag or a loosely wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. If you will not enjoy it within a few days, freezing it is the best option! Slice the loaves before freezing so you can take out exactly what you need. Freshly baked sourdough can be refreshed in a 350° oven for a few minutes.
