I am a certified and insured cottage baker based in San Antonio, specializing in handcrafted sourdough breads and scratch-baked goods made in small batches. We mill our flour fresh in-house from intentionally sourced wheat berries that are glyphosate-free, unbleached, unbromated, and non-GMO. We believe in simple, honest ingredients you can recognize and pronounce… without unnecessary additives or fillers. Every item is made with quality ingredients, care, and attention to details. I bake everything from sourdough breads, farmhouse white, honey whole wheat, and rye loaves to pastries, sweets, and seasonal favorites. Our goal is to bring wholesome, flavorful baked goods to the community while showcasing the difference fresh-milled flour makes in both taste and texture.
