Hi, I’m Nichole, the baker behind Nourish & Knead. What began as a simple desire to create wholesome bread for my family quickly grew into a passion I couldn’t ignore. After falling in love with the art and science of sourdough, I started sharing my loaves with friends, neighbors, and eventually the Colorado Springs community. At Nourish & Knead, every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in small batches using traditional fermentation methods and simple ingredients. My goal is to create bread that not only tastes incredible but also brings people together around the table. Whether you’re enjoying a classic sourdough loaf or one of my specialty flavors, each loaf is made with care, intention, and gratitude for the customers who support this dream.
