I can certainly accommodate requests for gluten-free or dairy-free items, but please discuss your needs with me before ordering. Be advised that specialized ingredients may result in higher costs. I will do my best to find solutions and minimize cross-contamination. However, please understand that I cannot guarantee that baked goods are completely free of nuts or tree nuts.
All baked goods should be stored at room temperature in the original packaging or an airtight container/bag, baked goods are good for 3-7 days. Some baked goods can be frozen, many baked goods will come with care cards with information on how to freeze them properly.
No-shows to pickups (with no contact made) after 36 hours will be forfeited/refunded and allocated elsewhere. Any cancellations must be made at least 3 days beforehand, anything less than 3 days chances that the customer get a partial refund only due to the ingredients already acquired or baked good made. Refunds will be issued at the preference of the baker, depending on the reason a refund is being requested.
