Pure & Simple Bakery began in my home kitchen here in Wyoming, Ontario in 2019 — just a love of baking and a mixer that wanted to keep going. What started as cakes for family and friends grew into a little bakery that now supplies local spots, too. I'm especially passionate about gluten-free baking, so nobody has to miss out on the good stuff. Everything is baked fresh in small batches with simple ingredients and a whole lot of care.
