Bake Sale October 23rd

When you need a little bit extra.

Each waffle is dipped in rich Belgian dark chocolate, adding a warm, indulgent layer that makes an already delicious waffle almost dangerously good.

Just like our vanilla waffles, these are made from a traditional Belgian recipe, freshly baked on Lina's waffle iron. Enjoy them with your afternoon coffee or tea, tuck one into a lunchbox, or save them for a moment when you need a little pick-me-up. A little chocolate is an instant mood booster, after all.

Whenever Lina bakes a batch for Sina's family, they never last more than a few hours. If by some miracle they survive the first day, they stay deliciously crunchy for 3–4 days in an airtight container.

A beloved classic from French and Belgian patisseries, Coco Rochers — or Rochers Coco as they're known in France.

This is a rustic little coconut treats that are as delicious to eat as they are to look at.

Their name means "coconut rock" in French, and it suits them perfectly — rough, golden-toasted bundle with a satisfying crunch on the outside and a soft, chewy coconut center.

Ours are made with organic shredded coconut, organic flour, egg whites, and sugar. Then baked until beautifully golden and finished with a drizzle of Belgian dark chocolate.

They're the kind of treat that pairs perfectly with an afternoon coffee or tea.

Our signature vanilla waffles are made by a native Belgian, using a traditional recipe that reflects the everyday waffle culture of Belgium.

They are always freshly baked — straight from Lina's waffle iron.

In Belgium, waffles are typically enjoyed in the afternoon with a cup of coffee or tea. Kids often take one to school as a treat in their lunchbox.

If you can resist eating them all on the same day, they stay deliciously crunchy for 3–4 days when stored in an airtight container.

San Francisco has been baking sourdough since the Gold Rush in 1849 — and we're proud to carry on that tradition right here in Menlo Park. This is what a classic sourdough should taste like.

Made the traditional way with just three simple ingredients: organic flour, water, and salt. Nothing more, nothing less. The dough is naturally fermented with our sourdough starter and baked in a Dutch oven, giving it a deep, flavorful crust and a soft, satisfying crumb.

This is an everyday loaf meant to be enjoyed simply as it is — pair it with your favorite cheese, build a hearty sandwich, or savor it with nothing more than a good layer of butter to really appreciate the bread's natural flavor.

Our Pumpkin Bread is a sourdough loaf with one single star ingredient — toasted pumpkin seeds.

The seeds are baked right into the dough and scattered on top, giving this bread a rich, nutty flavor.

Like all our sourdough breads, our Pumpkin Bread is made with just a handful of certified organic ingredients: flour, water and salt. The dough is naturally fermented with our sourdough starter and baked in a Dutch oven for a beautifully crisp crust and a soft, flavorful interior.

A beautiful everyday bread — slice it for breakfast, toast it, pair it with your soup or load it up for sandwiches.
