Our signature vanilla waffles are made by a native Belgian, using a traditional recipe that reflects the everyday waffle culture of Belgium.

They are always freshly baked — straight from Lina's waffle iron.

In Belgium, waffles are typically enjoyed in the afternoon with a cup of coffee or tea. Kids often take one to school as a treat in their lunchbox.

If you can resist eating them all on the same day, they stay deliciously crunchy for 3–4 days when stored in an airtight container.

In Denmark, there's a tradition called "småkager" — small cookies that every grandmother keeps tucked away in a tin, ready for whoever might knock on the door.

Our Triple C cookie is inspired by the danish tradition, but with a flavor twist of its own. This crispy little cookie is built around caramel chocolate chips, giving it a rich, buttery toffee flavor. Once baked to a perfect crunch, each cookie is dipped in smooth Belgian milk chocolate and finished with a light drizzle of sea salt.

Growing upSina's grandmother always had a stash of different småkager waiting for whoever might pop in. That spirit of warmth and generosity is baked into every batch we make.

We recommend serving Triple C Cookies alongside your afternoon tea or coffee, crumble them over a scoop of your favorite ice cream, or just enjoy them straight out of the bag — we won't judge.

San Francisco has been baking sourdough since the Gold Rush in 1849 — and we're proud to carry on that tradition right here in Menlo Park. This is what a classic sourdough should taste like.

Made the traditional way with just three simple ingredients: organic flour, water, and salt. Nothing more, nothing less. The dough is naturally fermented with our sourdough starter and baked in a Dutch oven, giving it a deep, flavorful crust and a soft, satisfying crumb.

This is an everyday loaf meant to be enjoyed simply as it is — pair it with your favorite cheese, build a hearty sandwich, or savor it with nothing more than a good layer of butter to really appreciate the bread's natural flavor.

Everything is baked to order in small batches from a home kitchen in Menlo Park, so advance notice matters — a week or more is ideal, though shorter timelines are worth asking about.

Our Pumpkin Bread is a sourdough loaf with one single star ingredient — toasted pumpkin seeds.

The seeds are baked right into the dough and scattered on top, giving this bread a rich, nutty flavor.

Like all our sourdough breads, our Pumpkin Bread is made with just a handful of certified organic ingredients: flour, water and salt. The dough is naturally fermented with our sourdough starter and baked in a Dutch oven for a beautifully crisp crust and a soft, flavorful interior.

There's a reason why the Danes call this cake "Drømmekage" — it means "dream cake," and one bite will tell you why. Ask any Dane about Drømmekage and watch their eyes light up. 

Danes have been baking this cake for generations, and now we're making it here in Menlo Park.

Our Dream Cake is built in two layers. The base is a soft, tender cake enriched with marzipan and a bit of cardamom. However, the real magic happens in the top layer which consist of a generous layer of caramelized coconut, with a buttery, toffee-like crunch that melts slightly into the spongy cake beneath it.

Every slice is made from scratch in our home kitchen using mostly organic ingredients, real butter, and bourbon vanilla bean paste.

This cake is a little piece of Denmark wrapped up in every bite.
