Dairy-free cookies and cakes? NO! Sugar-free cookies and cakes? NO!
Chalmette, Louisiana. I am a New Orleans native and have lived most of my life in the area - from NOLA, to Metairie, Kenner, and now Chalmette.
Sometimes, yes! However, I will still need at least a full 24-48 hours notice.
For decorated cookies, I ask for a minimum one dozen (12 cookies) order. For custom cakes, my smallest cake is a 6" round. For cupcakes, one dozen (12 cupcakes). For cookie cakes, my smallest cake is an 8" round. Please see order page for current pricing.
Orders can be placed here, via social media (Facebook/Instagram), or via phone call/text message.
Yes! A 50% minimum deposit is required upon booking (to receive confirmation), or payment in full if the order is placed within seven (7) days of delivery/pickup date.
Yes! Changes are welcome - we can discuss and I will do my best to accommodate any date/delivery/design changes. Please be aware that a major date change is subject to my availability and your order may need to be cancelled.
Before your event, keep the cake refrigerated, unless specified otherwise directly from me. Your cake is decorated with BUTTERcream - real butter - and real butter does not like the heat or sun. Fun for us in southern Louisiana, yeah? You should take the cake out about an hour before you plan to start your event or serve the cake. For leftover cake, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Decorated cookies should be kept in an airtight container to preserve freshness. Refrigeration is not recommended as it can alter the icing. Decorated cookies can be frozen if they are individually wrapped and stored in an airtight container - to thaw, leave flat, not stacked, at room temperature until thawed (usually an hour or two).
Yes! But always keep in mind: each cake is a unique, handcrafted creation and may vary slightly from inspiration photos.
Unfortunately, I do not offer formal tastings.
