I've had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was young and I'm finally taking the leap — and honestly, it feels so good! Everything is pre-order driven and made with a whole lot of love straight from my home kitchen. Fulfillment Methods
Pickup is available and we will do our best to work with you on a day and time that fits your schedule! Simply request your preferred pickup day and time at order placement and we will confirm the details with you after payment. Please note that pickup availability is subject to change depending on schedule and availability. We appreciate your flexibility and will always do our best to accommodate you! 🤍
This option is for employees and business owners who'd like fresh cinnamon rolls delivered to their workplace Wednesday! Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or leave drop-off instructions at checkout (front desk, food delivery shelf, reception area, etc.). Sugar and Grace is not responsible for unattended or missing orders. Once your order is placed and the routes are finalized, you'll receive your estimated delivery window. We can't wait to sweeten your workday! 🤍
If you're unable to pick up your order, I may be able to deliver it! I'll meet you at a public location in Henagar (typically the parking lot in front of Subway) with your order. 📍

We are a growing small business and are intentionally taking our time to build things the right way! Our store is continuously being updated as we develop our menu, refine our processes, and expand our offerings. We'd rather grow slowly and deliver an amazing product than rush and fall short of the standard we hold ourselves to. Orders are placed through our Bakebug online store! Simply browse our available products, select what you'd like, and follow the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a payment request from us to secure your spot.
Cutoff deadlines vary by product. Weekly specials and limited drops like Cinnamon Roll Wednesday will have a specific cutoff that is posted at the time of the listing. Be sure to keep an eye on our page so you don't miss out!
At this time Sugar and Grace offers a set menu of products and designs. However, small customizations such as color and design adjustments may be possible! If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out and share your idea — the best way is to contact us directly and present your design or vision and we'll let you know what we can do. Please note that additional customization options may be available exclusively to Sprinkle Club members!
We accept Cash App and Venmo. Sprinkle Club members have the additional option of paying with cash or a check made out to the owner at pickup or delivery.
Payment is required upfront before your order is confirmed. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a payment request from us. Your order is not secured until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
The Sprinkle Club is a special payment option available to our returning customers and friends and family of Sugar and Grace. After three completed orders, qualifying customers will receive a personal Sprinkle Club invitation, which allows payment to be made at pickup or delivery rather than upfront. Sprinkle Club pickup payments help eliminate transaction fees, which means more goes back into the bakery and helps keep our prices fair for everyone! 🤍
The Sprinkle Club invitation is automatically extended after three completed orders! If you haven't heard from us and feel you qualify, feel free to reach out — we'd love to get you set up!
Delivery is available for select drops such as Cinnamon Roll Wednesdays, where we deliver directly to local businesses in the area. Delivery may also be available to Sprinkle Club members depending on availability. Stay tuned to our page for delivery details specific to each drop!
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or leave detailed drop-off instructions at checkout such as front desk, delivery shelf, reception area, etc. Please note that Sugar and Grace is not responsible for orders that are stolen, missing, or left unattended. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup or delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work together to reschedule!
Yes! Depending on availability, we may be able to deliver to a meet-up location for a small fee. We currently have two delivery meet-up locations in Henagar and Rainsville, AL. Feel free to reach out to arrange this option and we'll let you know what's available!
Life happens and we completely understand! In the event that we are unable to fulfill a delivery or pickup due to weather, a personal emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to make it right — whether that's a full refund or rescheduling your order, whatever works best for you! 🤍
Yes! All of our products include a full ingredient and allergen label. Please review product labels carefully before ordering. All products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, and soy, and may contain all known allergens.
Yes! Sugar and Grace is a licensed and certified cottage food business that has completed all required training and holds a valid business license. All products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Alabama Department of Public Health. You can order with confidence! 🤍
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right. We take great pride in every product that leaves our kitchen and your satisfaction means everything to us! 🤍
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final once payment is confirmed. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds or rescheduling may also be offered in the event that Sugar and Grace is unable to fulfill your order due to weather, a personal emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In rare circumstances where we believe a customer is not acting in good faith or providing dishonest information regarding the quality or condition of their order, Sugar and Grace reserves the right to evaluate the situation on a case by case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion. However, service may be discontinued at that time. We pour our heart into every order and kindly ask that our time, effort, and products are treated with the same respect. 🤍
