This is 100g of ACTIVE sourdough starter. This product comes already fed and in an 8oz jar with a lid.

Made with equal parts bread flour and purified water.

With this order you will get a care card to help you keep this starter alive, and my very own classic sourdough loaf recipe!

This is best served warm! It is so soft and sweet with a sprinkle of salt to balance it out.
