Even though we do have treats and flavors that do not contain nuts, our treats are made in a kitchen that contains nuts. We want to keep you and your loved one safe.
You can absolutely pick your flavors from our menu! Please let us know how many of which flavors you would like your box to be and we will make sure you are taken care of.
Order Cancellations (and Refunds) Failure to receive delivery for, or pick up, an order that is Paid In Full will not result in a complete refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case by case basis. If there is a defect in your product, please contact Sweets on the Sly via email (malu.talan@gmail.com). A proportionate refund will be given if we determine there is a quality deficiency. Sweets on the Sly retains the right to judge our product quality for ourselves. A refund of any amount is not guaranteed. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of "Order Acceptance". It is the Client's responsibility to inform Sweets on the Sly of any special circumstances that cause a cancellation of this order type, at which time, a refund of any deposit can be considered, but is not guaranteed. No refund will ever be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance. There will be no changes allowed 48 hours before delivery or pick-up.
