We’re up in the UP this week and had to place an order at The Cozy Kitchen LLC. Fortunately the amazing baker, Amanda, was able to modify her Espresso Chocolate Chip Sandwich Cookies to be dairy free. They looked so good that I couldn’t wait to rip into the packaging. Pure goey, soft, delicious… melt in your mouth perfection! Took everything I had not to devour the second one 🤤 I also had an orange cranberry bagel, a sourdough loaf and a couple snickerdoodle cookies. The bagel had the perfect amount of orange zest with a great cranberry compliment. The sourdough had a crunchy exterior and a soft chewy interior. I didn’t get to try the snickerdoodle but my husband ate both! He said they were good 🙂 We can’t wait to see what else is going to be on the menu! 😋🤤🍪
