Hi! I'm Ellen. Listen, this intro is awkward, but will help you get to know me and what you can expect from The Crumb Cabin. Baking is my love language - the way I slow down enough to pour care, intention, and a bit of heart into something I can share. What started as a simple joy has grown into The Crumb Cabin: small‑batch sourdough at the centre, with cinnamon scrolls, scones, and cookies woven in as the seasons of life allow. Life is full — work, kids, and everything in between — so menu drops won’t always land weekly, and some weeks will be skipped entirely. But my gratitude never shifts. This community shows up with warmth, patience, and flexibility, and getting to bake for you — even in tiny batches — is one of my favourite parts of the story. I don’t know exactly where this path will lead, but I’m grateful to be walking it here. Small batch. Big heart.

Frequently Asked Questions
While I love the enthusiasm, sourdough requires three days of careful planning and attention, so I oeders cannot be taken outside of the menu. The menu shows "sold out" on some items because I only have the capacity to work in small batches, so I make sure not to overcommit to my customers if I may not be able to deliver.
