Yes you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it is 24 hours prior to pre order pick up day. If you need to simply pick another bake day that is fine too, I will move your order to the following or next bake day that works for you.
Yes, although if you need your rolls earlier than 5 please message me and let me know prior to bake day. If you are running late please let me know the day of. I appreciate when I get a heads up prior to anyone needing to pick up later than my pick up window. I start the Cinnamon roll dough early in the morning and the process to make a delicious roll is in the dough that has to go through its process of proofing not once but twice. This is why the window is 5-7pm because each roll is made fresh and baked the day of. Your rolls come out to the oven just a couple Hours prior to pick up. This ensures your rolls are perfectly fresh and frosted when you pick up.
