Shipping is by weight- $11.20 is for the priority USPS padded envelope. Any orders coming in under 1 pound will have their shipping weight adjusted accordingly on the invoice.

Please reach out about your specific allergy and we can let you know what is in each treat. Unfortunately, our kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen. While no peanuts or tree nuts are used in our products, we cannot guarantee cross contact/ contamination due to "may contain" labels not being regulated.
No. When you place the order, you agree to terms and conditions. One of those terms is that a chargeback will not be filed for orders that are placed.

Yes! We bake everything in our kitchen, fresh for you to enjoy!
Anything soft (pupcakes, brownies, etc.) that is not consumed on the first day of receiving your treats should be stored in the freezer (either in the shrink wrap packaging it arrived in if it was a shipped order, or a freezer bag/ freezer-safe storage container). The jerky and chews should be okay at room temperature. If you notice any condensation has formed during transit, please move the treats to a dry bag. Harder treats (cookies, scones, pretzels, etc.) can be enjoyed at room temperature for several days, and then best stored in freezer-safe packaging for up to 12 months. Please make sure any frozen treats thaw sufficiently before feeding them to your pet.
