About Wonderfully Baked Sourdough
Wonderfully Baked Sourdough began at local farmers markets and has grown, by God’s grace, into a thriving porch-pickup bakery serving the Hendersonville/Gallatin area. What started as a small-batch home bakery has blossomed through the support of our wonderful customers, with frequent sellouts and a growing community who love handcrafted pastries, sweet treats, and naturally leavened sourdough favorites. Our sourdough bread, brown butter cookies, and original sourdough scones are market favorites. Fans call our cookies “the best cookies ever,” and one New York customer even compared them to Levain Bakery—a huge compliment! Our scones are crisp outside like a cookie and soft inside like a muffin. Our seasonal menu reflects our heart: nostalgic, from-scratch baking made in small batches with quality ingredients, and lots of love. As a pregnant toddler mom, I host occasional larger bake days rather than following a set schedule, so watch for announcements. I’m excited to bake for you

We have tried the oatmeal cream pies and the pumpkin whoopie pies and they’re both amazing!🧡 I make sure to buy some anytime she bakes a batch because they get sold out so quickly. They’re soft and moist and I love the fact that they’re made with clean ingredients compared to store bought.

The only sourdough bread my husband will eat! Also, the whoopie pies are amazing!

Arina puts so much care and attention into her baked goods. They are both beautiful and delicious. Our boys devoured the artisan sourdough loaf. Everything she makes is worth trying!

Wonderfully Baked operates on announced bake days rather than taking orders for any date at any time. 🤎 We’ll announce upcoming bake days and open the menu for orders, so be sure to keep an eye out for our next drop! Because everything is made in small batches and baked fresh, our availability can vary from week to week. If you have a special occasion or a specific treat in mind, you’re always welcome to reach out! While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate every request, we’re happy to see what we can make happen.
I’ve loved baking for as long as I can remember. Some of my favorite childhood memories are baking alongside my mom, so creating something of my own around baking has always felt especially meaningful. Funny enough, sourdough actually intimidated me! I tried it once and didn’t quite understand the hype. But after my family moved to Nashville, I decided to give it another shot—and that second attempt was a huge success. From that very first loaf, I was hooked. 🤎 I dove headfirst into learning everything I could about sourdough and natural fermentation—not just bread, but how fermentation can be used in pastries and other baked goods, too. I love that the natural fermentation process can bring another layer of flavor and, for some people, make certain baked goods easier to digest. Over the years, I’ve learned to bake a little bit of everything: cookies, scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pastries, and of course, bread. While bread will always have a special place in my heart, these days I focus much more on pastries and sweet treats, with bread being something I offer more occasionally and by request. Wonderfully Baked officially began in the summer of 2024 at the Old Hickory Farmers Market, with occasional appearances at the 1:09 market as well. Every market was more successful than the last—all glory to God! With each one, I found myself baking more, selling out faster, and watching this little dream grow beyond what I could have imagined. After our family moved to the border of Hendersonville and Gallatin, I began offering porch pickups from our home. While they aren’t quite as regular as they once were, I still absolutely love getting into the kitchen and baking for y’all whenever I can. What started with a love of baking with my mom has grown into something I’m incredibly grateful to share with our community. Thank you for being part of the Wonderfully Baked story. 🤎
