Wright Grain & Dough Co. is a small cottage bakery in Northwest Florida focused on everyday breads made with freshly milled grains. All flour is milled in-house in small batches, then mixed, fermented, and baked with intention—never rushed, never mass-produced. We specialize in staple breads like soft dinner rolls, stone-griddle English muffins, and old-world tortillas—foods meant for daily meals, not just special occasions. Our goal is simple: to bring real, nourishing bread back to family tables through thoughtful ingredients, traditional methods, and a slower, more intentional way of baking.
Fulfillment Methods
Pre-orders must be placed by 8:00 PM on Mondays. Pickup is available Friday (1–5 PM) or Saturday (10 AM–2 PM) for that week’s bake.
