What started as a lifelong passion for baking has grown into a small business that I love. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie who loves experimenting with new flavors and finding the perfect balance and depth of flavor in everything I make. I've always loved making things for others and seeing someone's eyes light up when they take their first bite! I started Fuji Cookie Co. on a whim in 2025, and I've had so much fun getting creative, connecting with customers, and watching my little business grow into what it is today. Yes! Cookies can be frozen fresh for 3–6 months when stored in an airtight container or freezer bag. Keep the cookies in their original packaging, and for extra protection and freshness, place them in an additional airtight layer before freezing. When you're ready to enjoy them, simply let them thaw at room temperature for a few hours. You'll have an almost perfectly fresh-tasting cookie ready to enjoy!
