Our classic sourdough is handcrafted in small batches using traditional slow fermentation methods for the best flavour and texture. Made with 90% white bread flour and 10% wholemeal bread flour, this loaf offers a beautifully balanced taste — light and airy with a subtle depth and a crisp, golden crust.

Naturally leavened and free from additives or preservatives, it’s real bread the way it should be. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed with butter.

Four Seeds Sourdough (Approx. 630g)

Our Four Seeds Sourdough brings a wholesome twist to the classic loaf, enriched with 30g of mixed seeds including sunflower, pumpkin, hemp, and golden linseed. Each seed is thoughtfully selected to enhance both flavour and nutritional value, creating a hearty texture with subtle nutty notes in every bite.
