I am licensed Cottage Food Act provider in the state of Colorado. All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection. My products are not intended for resale.
Licensing prohibits anything from being labeled as gluten free…however, everything I provide and sell contains NO gluten or wheat ingredients. I am someone with Celiac that regularly provides food for myself and my family who also have Celiac. I do my very best to avoid and mitigate cross contamination, however my kitchen is not 100% gluten free and as you’ve heard a million times… I can never truly promise something is gluten free.
