Yes, you can request flavors outside of what’s listed on the website. However, these will be considered custom orders. Please email us at killer.sweetsss25@gmail.com to place any custom flavor requests and we’ll work with you to create your order.
Payment Policy: Once your order is accepted by Killer Sweets, payment must be completed within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order may be canceled and your reservation released. Pickup Policy: Customers are expected to arrive at their scheduled pickup time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, you must contact Killer Sweets as soon as possible. Missed Pickups: If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your pickup may be considered missed. Please contact us to discuss rescheduling, which is subject to availability. Orders that are not collected or rescheduled may be forfeited, and refunds are not guaranteed. Your pickup date, time, and location will be provided in your order confirmation.
