By dawn, I embrace a different kind of precision in the art of baking, turning flour & yeast into creations that bring joy to others. My journey into the heart of baking began at 10 years old in the kitchens of Malaysia where I first discovered the magic of turning simple ingredients into something shared. This curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion with the craft; leading me to train under the world-renowned baker Richard Bertinet. I learned to listen to the dough & not just read recipes. In a world full of fast-paced shortcuts, I believe in the transformative power of flour, water, salt & patience. Using traditional techniques mastered at The Bertinet Kitchen, I specialize in artisan baking that celebrate texture, flavor, and simple joy of a perfect crust. We make custom cakes, French pâtisserie, savory pastries, breads to order, and more.
