About Lenhart Baking Co.

Named after my maiden name and in honor of my parents, Lenhart Baking Co. is a small-batch bakery based in Carmel, IN. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen. My parents taught me from a young age that food is one of the best ways to bring people together. By the time I was eight years old, I was regularly preparing family dinners and baking treats to share with family and friends. For me, baking has always been more than a hobby. It's how I show love. Whether it's a warm loaf of bread, a batch of cookies, or something special for a gathering, feeding people and sharing good food has always been one of my favorite ways to care for the people around me. Today, that love continues through artisan sourdough, hand-braided challah, bakery-style muffins, and oversized chocolate chip cookies, all made from scratch in small batches using high-quality ingredients.
