About Sourdough by Cyrena
As a wife and mother of four, my kitchen has always been the heart of our home. What started as baking sourdough for my family has grown into a passion for sharing wholesome, handcrafted bread with my community. Each loaf is naturally leavened, slowly fermented, and baked with care to create rich flavor, a crisp crust, and a nourishing crumb. Founded in January 2026, my hope has been simple: that every loaf brings warmth, comfort, and joy to your table—just as it does to mine. Orders for the upcoming weekly presale must be submitted by Monday at 9:00 PM. If you miss the deadline, please reach out to inquire about any additional loaves that may be available. Feel free to contact me if you'd like something different than what's on the menu! Pickup days are Fridays unless otherwise noted. Payment is due on or before the day of pickup. If you get a past due email prior to pickup, please disregard. Payment options are Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Apple Pay, or cash upon pickup.

I just love this croissant sourdough so much! Yummy buttery crust is my favorite! Cyrena is a doll to work with as well.

Cyrena’s Jalapeño Sourdough was great for breakfast; better for lunch; and even better for dinner. Heck, it’s great for anytime! And, honey added just the right touch!

The jalepeno cheddar and the raspberry cream cheese are my favorites! So good!

Here's a great video showing an easy way to slice your sourdough loaf. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MK01FmQyjh8
The BEST way to eat sourdough bread is an hour out of the oven. However, once you received it from me it will be cooled. I prefer to slice and toast my sourdough, then spread butter atop and eat. You can also revive the loaf to almost just baked freshness. Spritz loaf with water or quickly pass under a running sink, then bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 10-15 mins. If you have only a portion of the loaf to revive, make sure the cut side is down on the pan or covered with foil.
Yes! You can freeze any or all of your sourdough loaf. Simply wrap twice with aluminum foil and place in the freezer. If it will fit, you can also place the wrapped loaf into a freezer bag for additional protection. When ready to consume, let naturally defrost on the counter. Once defrosted, spritz with water (or run under the sink). Then place the unwrapped loaf in a 300° preheated oven for 15 minutes. If the loaf is cut, place the cut side down on a pan or cover cut side with foil.
