My journey began with a desire to create healthier, more nourishing choices for myself and my family and to move further away from many of the highly processed foods that have become the norm. Along that path, I discovered sourdough and fell in love with the beauty of slow, intentional baking and the way simple ingredients can become something meaningful. What started as a personal journey has grown into something I’m grateful to share with others. I believe good bread should be wholesome, comforting, and made with intention. Every loaf is carefully prepared using long fermentation and baked with the hope that it becomes part of your family’s table, your everyday moments, and the memories made around them.
