Simple, healthy, crusty, and delicious! Sourdough loaves may be in boule (round) or batard (oval) shapes. These will be uncut loaves that you can cut into slices or freeze for later! Wonderful plain, toasted, or topped with your favorites - butter, cheese, peanut butter, honey - whatever makes your heart happy! One of our favorite ways to enjoy is to turn slices into a decadent French toast!

Ingredients: flour, water, olive oil, salt, sourdough starter

This has quickly become our favorite variation of sourdough bread. Flaky on the outside, incredibly buttery and soft on the inside. This bread is scrumptious on its own, but make the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches you will EVER put in your mouth.

My addictive Chocolate Chip Cookies - crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Frozen pucks ready for you to cook at home. Delicious, homemade cookies to warm your heart and make your home smell so inviting!

Ingredients: butter, sugar, brown sugar, sourdough starter discard, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, chocolate chips (semi-sweet and dark)

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange frozen pucks on cookie sheet - leave room for them to spread a bit. Cook 12 - 17 minutes until they have reached a light golden brown.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent illness from bacteria, keep this food refrigerated or frozen (if applicable) until food is prepared for consumption.

Note: We have discovered that these cookies taste even better the next day or even the day after! Once they are 100% cooled, store in an air tight container of your choice.
