  • Status
  • Fulfillment Method
  • Fulfillment Date
  • Total
  • Payment Status

🔍 Search & Filter

Quickly find orders using:

  • Search Bar — Search by customer name
  • Filtering — Filter by status, payment status and more

✅ Bulk Actions

Use the checkboxes to select multiple orders and:

  • Archive — Move orders to archived status
  • Unarchive — Restore archived orders to active view

💡 Tip: Archive completed orders to keep your active orders list focused on current work.

➕ Creating New Orders

Click New Order to create a manual order.

Manual orders are orders you create directly in Bakebug (as opposed to orders that come through your shop automatically).

Use manual orders when:

  • Taking orders over the phone or in-person
  • Processing a custom order outside your shop
  • Recording a walk-in purchase

📝 Order Types

Direct Checkout Orders (Non-Manual)

Automatically created when:

  • A customer completes checkout with all direct checkout products in their cart

Accepted Quote Orders (Non-Manual)

Automatically created when:

  • A customer accepts a quote request you sent them

Manual Orders

Created by you using the New Order button.

✏️ Opening the Order Editor

Click any order row in the table to open the Order Editor — where you can view details, modify items, process payments and update order status.

Your Orders page keeps your entire workflow organized — from new orders to fulfillment! 🚀
