Users must be 18+. By using Bakebug, you confirm meeting this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Sign up via Google or Facebook. Maintain confidentiality. Provide accurate info.

4. Services

Bakebug provides a platform for home bakers to create online stores. Store Owners are responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and order fulfillment.

5. Payments

Store Owners connect their Square accounts to accept payments. Bakebug does not handle card processing or disputes.

6. User Content

Store Owners are responsible for content. Illegal or infringing material may be removed.

7. Communications

Transactional and service emails may be sent. Marketing emails require consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bakebug provides services "as-is". Liability is limited to fees paid for Bakebug services, if any.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating Terms. Users may stop using the platform anytime.

10. Governing Law

Terms governed by Ontario and Canadian federal laws. For international users, local laws may also apply.

11. Updates to Terms

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms posted on the website.
