Set your own email, push and blast-failure notifications
Register each browser or device and separate business alerts from customer message settings.
Open Account to manage your business notification preferences. These are alerts to you; customer email/SMS wording and automatic reminders are managed in Messaging.
Browser push
- Find Push Notifications and select Enable Push Notifications.
- Allow the browser's notification permission when asked. If the browser does not support push or permission is blocked, check its settings and the message shown on the page.
- Review Registered Devices. Use Add This Device on another browser or device you want to receive alerts on. Each browser/device needs its own registration.
- Remove an obsolete device with its Remove device control. Use the section's disable control to stop push across registered devices and confirm the result.
A registered device still depends on the browser/operating system allowing notifications. If alerts stop, verify the device entry and browser permission before registering duplicate entries.
Email and dashboard alerts
Review the account's email notification controls for business-side messages. Blast failure dashboard alerts controls the dashboard attention alert when a blast fails; the related email preference is controlled separately above it. Turning off a dashboard alert does not turn a failed blast into a successful send.
Customer SMS preferences live under SMS → SMS Notification Types, and customer consent remains separate. To check whether a particular customer email/text was sent, inspect the relevant delivery log and message troubleshooting. To change your login/contact addresses or sender domain, use the appropriate Account section, not the push device list.
