Refer another business

Open Referrals to find your merchant referral link, qualification progress and reward history. This is for inviting another merchant to start a Bakebug shop; customer loyalty rewards are configured separately.

1. Read the program status and eligibility information shown on the page. If it has not launched for your account, follow the displayed launch notice; a pre-launch signup does not automatically qualify later.
2. Copy or share Your referral link with the merchant. They need to use the referral signup flow for the referral to be associated with you.
3. Check Pending qualification after signup. Signing up alone is not an earned reward.
4. Review reward history for the qualification date and whether the reward is Pending, Earned or Reversed. Confirm earned credit in your Bakebug Wallet under Billing.

The current page describes a US$4.99 credit after the referred merchant's second qualifying monthly payment or 30 days on an annual plan. Use the terms and status displayed there when assessing a particular referral; refunds or reversals can affect qualification or previously credited rewards.

Referral credits are wallet rewards, not customer discounts or a cash-payment report. Do not confuse the referral link with a Shared link performance campaign link; those links measure storefront visits and orders. If a referral appears missing or has an unexpected status, contact support with the relevant signup/qualification dates and the entry shown in your history.
