Track links and QR codes

See which posts and campaigns bring customers.

Open Dashboard → Shared link performance to create a separate tracked storefront link for a post, printed QR code or campaign.

  1. Enter Link name so you can recognize the placement later.
  2. Choose Where shared and the intended Store path. Use a storefront destination customers can access; a tracked link does not publish private/draft content.
  3. Create the link, then use Copy link or QR code. Share that tracked URL rather than replacing it with the plain destination URL.
  4. Return to the panel to review the link's metrics. Use the delete action and confirmation for a link you no longer want to manage.

Read the metrics correctly

Views counts tracked visits once per browser session, not once per person forever. Total views can include historical counts from before analytics consent was required. Blocked scripts, automated traffic and customer consent affect what can be counted.

Orders counts attributed orders following a consented visit and excludes canceled orders. Conversion rate divides these orders by eligible views since order reporting began; historical and non-consented views are excluded from that denominator. It need not equal Orders divided by the displayed total Views.

Order value is the value of attributed non-canceled orders. It can include unpaid or partly paid orders; it is not a report of collected revenue. Check Orders/payments when reconciling money received.

Use separate links for separate placements so the names and metrics remain useful. Link tracking is an indicator of those visits and attributed orders, not an exact count of all people who saw your post.
