Manage reviews

Open Reviews to read and manage feedback. The list distinguishes Verified, Invited and Public reviews; use the tabs to inspect each source or the Deleted list.

Who can leave a review

• Verified reviews come through the customer/order review flow.
• Invited reviews use a review invite you create and share.
• Public Reviews enables the open public-review path. Turning it off does not disable verified or invited reviews.

Invite someone

1. Select Send Invite to open Create Review Invite.
2. Enter Customer Name and review the email/send option. Choose Send Invite to email the invitation, or Generate Link when you intend to share the link yourself.
3. If sending email, supply the required email and inspect the available preview.
4. After generating the invite, copy the result link or confirm the send result before closing. Creating an invite does not write a review on the customer's behalf.

Reply, hide and restore

Use a review's reply control to Add Reply or Edit Reply, then save it. The reply appears with the review. Use the delete-reply action when removing only your response.

Deleting a review hides it through the soft-deletion flow; find it under Deleted and use Restore review when you want to bring it back. Hiding a review and switching off public submissions are separate actions. Check the storefront after a visibility change, and use Messaging's completed-order template if you need to inspect the automatic review invitation content.
