Buy X, Get Y product offers

Open Buy X, Get Y from Coupons or Loyalty points. Choose Same Order for automatic cart savings, or Across Orders for paid-purchase progress and deliberately selected product rewards.

Choose products or specific packs, the qualifying and reward quantities, a percentage, and a deliberate reward value cap. Customizations remain payable. Once an Across Orders offer has been activated, create a replacement to change its economic terms. Pausing stops new progress; previously earned rewards retain their saved terms.

Available rewards are separate from loyalty points and gift cards. Review them on an order or the customer's details. Refund amounts do not identify returned products: use the order's product-reward review to select returned qualifying units or restore redeemed rewards. Save or discard order edits before making a reward correction. Every correction requires a reason. Courtesy adjustments change reward availability without adding purchased progress.
