Choose and reorder featured products, presales and events

Open the relevant list under Products, Presales or Events, then open its featured-content manager. These are separate lists: featuring a product does not feature its presale or an event.

1. Add the items you want to the featured list using the manager's available-item controls.
2. Drag the featured rows into the order you want customers to see.
3. Remove an item from the featured list when it should no longer be promoted there.
4. Save the manager's changes. Returning to the main list or changing pages does not substitute for saving.
5. Visit the storefront and check the corresponding featured section.

Featured placement does not publish a draft, replenish stock, change ordering deadlines or override fulfillment rules. If an item is absent or cannot be ordered, inspect its own status, storefront visibility and availability. A presale whose ordering period has ended is still governed by that period even if it remains in your featured configuration.

Categories organize browsing; featured lists curate promoted items. Use the appropriate category manager to move items between categories, and use the featured manager to control the promoted order. Check Appearance for storefront presentation, and use the individual product/presale/event editor for its content and images.
