Create a presale (pre-orders)

1. Go to Presales → All Presales and select New Presale.
2. Under Presale Information, add a Presale Title, description and image.
3. Set the Presale Period: the dates and times customers can order.
4. Add products under Products. Presale-only products can stay Unlisted in your shop.
5. Set up Fulfillment Windows: when and how customers collect their orders.
6. Set Presale Status to Published and save. Copy the Presale Link to share it.

Use Draft while you're still setting it up.

Before sharing, check that the ordering period is correct, each product has Draft off and is not archived, and every fulfillment window has usable methods. Configure presale inventory separately from regular product stock.

Open the shared link and walk through product choices and checkout for each intended window. A published presale can still be outside its ordering period, have a full window, or have a method schedule conflict.
