Track preparation and print by presale window
Compare sold and prepared quantities and produce paperwork or labels for a fulfillment window.
Open the saved presale and find Production Tracking by Window. This groups preparation around its fulfillment windows rather than treating all orders as one pickup batch.
- Expand the window for the date and time you are preparing.
- Review its sold quantities and derived preparation items. Bundles and packs may contribute underlying preparation quantities, so use the displayed units rather than assuming one order equals one item.
- Record each item's Prepared quantity as production progresses. This is a preparation count, not a stock replenishment or a customer payment.
- Save the presale after changing its production tracking. Check the saved counts before leaving the editor.
- Use the window's print control for its paperwork. Use Product labels for this window when it has eligible saved orders; the all-window label action covers the broader presale.
Keep quantities and limits separate
Prepared quantities track work done. They do not increase presale product inventory, pool capacity or a window's Max Orders, and they do not mark an order fulfilled. Change the relevant presale inventory or order status explicitly if that is your intent.
Before printing labels, verify the included orders, product quantities, production date and lot/date information in the label dialog. A changed or canceled order can change the needed batch; revisit the sold totals before the final production run.
If the section is absent or empty, confirm that the presale has products and fulfillment windows. If a window has no eligible saved orders, there may be no label job to open yet. Save new setup changes and revisit the saved presale before preparing customer paperwork.
