Presale pickup and delivery windows
Choose when and how customers receive presale orders.
Open the presale's Fulfillment Windows. The Presale Period is when customers order; a fulfillment window is when they receive those orders.
- Add a window with its Date, Start Time, End Time and optional Window name.
- Select the fulfillment methods offered in that window. Add another window for another collection date or session.
- If needed, set that window's Max Orders. This counts orders for the window, not units of product.
- Save the window and the presale. Review any schedule-conflict messages, then try the window on the storefront.
Reusing business methods A shared business method follows its Calendar schedule and method blocks. A saved presale window does not override a closed weekday or hours on that method. A partial overlap can leave fewer times available; no overlap can make it unusable. Adjust Calendar → Weekly Schedule, remove the relevant block, or choose a different method/window.
Presale-specific methods Create these under Presale-Specific Fulfillment Methods for a special pickup location or holiday arrangement. Copy from Business Settings copies details such as fees and minimums, but deliberately leaves operating hours out: the presale window supplies the timing. Review and enable the method on the intended windows.
If checkout offers no window, check the window's selected methods, schedule conflicts, order capacity and whether the presale is currently accepting orders.
