Private presales and mixing with regular orders
Share a presale by link only, or let customers combine it with shop items.
On the presale's status card:
- Private Presale — only people with the link can see it. It won't appear on your storefront.
- Allow Mixing with Direct Orders — when on, customers can put presale items and regular shop items in the same cart. When off, presale items are ordered separately.
- Featured Presale — highlights it on your storefront.
A private link is shareable; anyone who receives it can open it. Private is a storefront visibility setting, not a customer password or invitation list. Featured is unavailable for private or archived presales.
Allowing mixed carts does not remove fulfillment restrictions. Check that regular products and the presale can use compatible fulfillment details before advertising a combined order.
