Set up pickup, delivery and shipping

Create the ways customers can receive orders under Business → Fulfillment Methods. This page manages method details; Calendar manages their weekly schedules and time off.

1. Add a Local Pickup, Local Delivery or Shipping option and give it a recognizable Option Name—for example, “Main Street pickup.”
2. Enter the details relevant to that type: pickup location/instructions, delivery coverage, or shipping information. Review which details are shown before checkout and which appear on confirmed orders.
3. Set the fee, any Waive Fee Above threshold, Minimum order amount (optional) and Tax rate override (optional) as needed.
4. Enable the method and save. Open Calendar → Weekly Schedule to choose its days/hours and whether customers select a pickup or delivery time.
5. In each physical product's Fulfillment card, enable direct ordering and the methods/options that product can use, then save.

A method must be enabled for the business and permitted for the product to be offered. A cart containing multiple physical products needs a compatible fulfillment method for those items. Delivery restrictions, minimum amounts, available dates and stock can further limit checkout.

For a one-off closure go to Calendar → Block Time Off. For a presale, configure its Fulfillment Windows and check whether each window uses business methods or presale-specific methods.
