Change pickup or delivery days and times

Set the weekly days and time windows customers can choose.

Go to Calendar → Weekly Schedule. Business method editors show schedule summaries, but hours and time-slot settings are edited in Calendar.

  1. Choose the scope: the entire store, a fulfillment method, or an order pool.
  2. For store/pool recurring closures, select the closed weekdays.
  3. For pickup or delivery, turn on Set weekly hours. For each day choose Closed, All day, or Hours, then enter Open and Close times. Use the copy control if several days share the same hours.
  4. Enable Customers choose a pickup time or Customers choose a delivery time when customers must select a slot. Slots are 15 minutes apart within the hours you set. Leave it off for date-only selection.
  5. For shipping, use Only ship on certain days and choose the shipping days; this is not a pickup-time schedule.
  6. Review Customers will see and select Save before switching scope.

When a method's weekly schedule is off, that schedule adds no day/hour restriction. Other store blocks, pool rules, stock and lead time still apply.

For example, set pickup to Friday 10 AM–6 PM, then block Friday 2–3 PM with Block Time Off → Specific hours. Customers choosing a time cannot choose slots in that interval. A date-only method stays available unless the time off covers all its hours.

Use Reopen Dates for one-off exceptions. A method closed by its weekly hours needs its schedule changed; reopening a store-wide rule does not open that method.
