Reopen a date and manage exceptions
Remove a closure at the correct scope and check remaining restrictions.
- Go to Calendar → Block Time Off, then choose Reopen.
- Set the date range and choose the same scope as the closure: entire store, selected fulfillment methods, or selected order pools.
- If offered, enable Also open days closed by a weekly rule to create one-off exceptions for those recurring closed days.
- Select Reopen. This also removes time off in that range for the selected scope.
You can also use Reopen beside a blocked day or Remove time off beside a timed block in Your availability rules. Manage one-off exceptions under Weekly Schedule; remove an exception when the normal closure should apply again.
Why a reopened date may still be unavailable
- Reopening the store only clears the store's rules. A selected method or pool can still be blocked.
- A method marked Closed in its weekly hours needs its Weekly Schedule changed. A one-off exception to a weekday rule does not invent operating hours.
- Lead time, the daily cut-off, future availability, stock and presale window limits still apply.
For a special Saturday opening, reopen the store's Saturday rule if necessary, ensure pickup has Saturday hours, and check any product pool closures. Then test the intended cart and date.
