Why a checkout date, time or method is unavailable
Check the settings that combine to determine checkout availability.
Use the customer's actual products, options, quantities and intended date when checking availability. A date with no store-wide block is not necessarily bookable.
- Method: under Business → Fulfillment Methods, check that the method is enabled and that delivery coverage/minimums allow the order. In each physical product's Fulfillment card, check direct ordering and the permitted methods/options. Items in the cart need a compatible method.
- Weekly schedule: in Calendar → Weekly Schedule, check store/pool closed weekdays and the selected method's days/hours. For time slots, enable the method's customer time selection.
- Time off: inspect Calendar blocks for the store, that method and the product's pool. A store exception does not remove method/pool restrictions.
- Preparation window: check Business → Store Configuration for Lead Days, Cut-off Time, Same-Day Lead Time and Limit Future Availability, plus each product's lead-time override.
- Stock: check the quantity including pack units, required choices, bundle components and shared/daily capacity for the intended date.
- Presale: check its ordering period, selected fulfillment window, window Max Orders, presale inventory and method schedule conflicts. Reused business methods still have their own schedule constraints.
After changing the limiting setting, save and try the same checkout again. For an existing order, review its saved fulfillment details separately; changing availability does not automatically reschedule it.
